The sooner the better! There is no penalty for canceling as rooms are fully refundable up to 22 days before the wedding date, there are also no modification fees to edit a reservation later! At the very latest, our room block will close on June 24th, 2024. HOWEVER, we kindly request you book before DECEMBER 1st 2023, to lock in our negotiated rates and availability.

In order to reserve a room for your stay, the hotel requests a one night deposit down on your stay at the time of booking. If anything were to happen where you were no longer able to attend, all booking is fully refundable up to 22 days before the wedding.

We recommend booking flights between February - June 2024 prior to travel, as this is when most airlines have released all their routes, and this makes flight pricing more competitive. We will also send out notifications to guests when we see low pricing on flights from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to San Jose del Cabo International Airport

Its really up to you! If you belong to an airline where you can use travel perks and points, we would recommend booking flights separately and taking advantage of those perks. There are plenty of credit card promotions through United and American that could completely pay for your flight and then some. However, if you are looking for travel coordination to be booked through our travel agency group and all the stress taken out of the booking, that's an option as well! Ultimately, its whatever that works best for you! When booking your hotel room, this option will be available.

Yes!... in a way. Our room block is limited and we have heard from past weddings at this resort that the hotel can sell out about 6-9 months in advance, so with that in mind, we recommend booking early! You have till June 24th at the very latest to book under our group link -pending availability~

We are asking our guests to RSVP by January 24th, 2024. We do have to confirm our attendee numbers to finalize details of the wedding, so the earlier the better if possible:) If you cannot come, please still fill out your RSVP and indicate that you will not be able to make it. (However we hope you can come!)

All events will take place outside. The ceremony will take place in a grass field so ladies high stilettos are not recommended.

Yes! Passports are required to travel anywhere in Mexico. Standard processing time is 10-13 weeks when you apply for the first time for a passport, so please make sure to schedule your passport appointment no later than the end of July 2024. See the "Travel" tab for more passport info.

We suggest booking a flight that lands in Cabo on Thursday, October 24th or Friday, October 25th to avoid travel disruptions. The optional Privat Yacht Party will take place Sunday October 27th before sunset (more information on the charter available on the 'Travel' page.) The wedding ceremony & reception will take place Saturday October 26th, 2024. starting at 4:30PM and ending at 11PM

We arrive on Wednesday October 23rd and leave on Tuesday October 29th!

As this is an all inclusive property, you should not need to arrange any other travel or to leave the property; however, in the chance you would like to explore or you would like to book any extra activities the resort will arrange any necessary travel for you upon request. There is a complimentary resort shuttle that runs all day between the 4 Pueblo Bonito hotels in Los Cabos. You can visit the other hotels to use their pools, beaches, and dine/drink at their restaurants (all included in the price you pay to stay at Pacifica).

Please contact the bride/groom about golf reservations by April 26th at the latest, as you will need to book a tee time through our wedding planner to receive the group code discount of 20% off tee times. The awarded Quivira Golf Course only 3 minutes away with 18 Oceanview holes is a special Jack Nicklaus design course and typically books up to 6 months before, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is the adults-only all-inclusive resort where all guests will stay. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is a sister property next door where the wedding ceremony and reception will be held. There is a free resort shuttle to go back and forth between the properties. Your all-inclusive plan works at both resorts! The Towers at Pacifica is the luxury section of the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort that provides guests with 24/7 butler services, access to oceanfront VIP Lounge, and enhanced room amenities.

Wedding guests will have the option but most will stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort which is the adult only, all-inclusive resort (all guests must be at least 18 years of age). With that being said, if you plan to bring your children, you will need to book at the Sunset resort (the sister property next store). Please contact the bride/groom to confirm negotiated room blocks are applied!

Los Cabos is decently warm in October. During the day the average high for October is 88°, and the average nighttime temperature is 75°. Reception and ceremony may be a little windy depending on the day.

Pacifica is located on the side of Los Cabos where it is not safe to swim in the ocean because of the rip current. There are plenty of pools to use instead. You can also take the complimentary resort shuttle over to the sister properties of Pueblo Bonito Rose and Los Cabos where it is safe to swim in the ocean.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is 50-acres, meaning some places may not be walking distances from your room. You can call for cart service from your room, or there are phones all throughout the resort where you can request a cart. If there is no phone nearby, you can wait in a designated waiting area and a cart will stop for you, or send another cart to pick you up. There are also shuttles running between the resorts at all times.
